Sims Rectal Specula
It also known as Sims (Bodenhammer) Rectal Speculum features solid blades at the end of a hinged handle and a screw mechanism to lock the blades in an open position. This allows the operator to examine the lower rectum and anus without constantly squeezing the spring handles.
