Schroeder Uterine Tenaculum Forceps
Its also known as Schroeder Grasping Forceps, 1×1 Prongs, Pozzi Style Rounded Tips Forceps are a ratcheted, finger ring instrument commonly used in OB/GYN procedures involving manipulation of the cervix or uterus, most commonly D&C, and vaginal or abdominal hysterectomy. They are also used to grasp, hold, and move vessels and arteries during surgical procedures. The tips of the Schroeder-Pozzi tenaculum forceps have two rounded, inward curving prongs and are traumatic to tissue. The prongs overlap, providing a strong hold on the tissue, but are also traumatic. This product has straight shanks and an overall length of 250 mm.
